Atul Bagga

Atul Bagga joins the Company from JLL (NYSE: JLL), where he served as Chief Financial Officer of JLL Technologies and Head of Global FP&A. At JLL, Bagga was instrumental in turning around the technology segment to profitability. Bagga previously spent several years at Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN), most recently as Head of Finance for AWS Compute Services. In this role, he oversaw the financial strategy and operating plans for global services including EC2 and Containers. His executive experience also includes serving as Asia CFO and VP of Finance at Zynga (NASDAQ: ZNGA), where he led international expansion and regional reorganization. Earlier in his career, Bagga was a top-ranked Wall Street equity research analyst at Lazard Capital Markets and ThinkEquity. Bagga holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, a Master's of Management Studies from the University of Mumbai, and a Bachelor's in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Allahabad, India.
