Greg Mrva is the Chief Financial Officer of GoFundMe. Greg has 25 years of experience leading finance, strategy, and operating teams for technology businesses and leading investment banking teams advising global technology companies. Prior to GoFundMe, he was the President of TPG Pace Tech Opportunities where he led the organization’s successful Business Combination with Nerdy Inc. (NYSE: NRDY), where he now serves on their board of directors. Greg was previously the Chief Financial Officer of StubHub, where he sat on both the StubHub and eBay finance leadership teams leading financial planning, analysis and forecasting, controllership, financial operations and strategic planning. Greg has also held leadership positions at Morgan Stanley, Barclays and Yahoo! focusing on advising consumer internet companies on capital markets and strategic acquisition transactions.
